User Agreement

Your use of jmtcastings.com and all associated web pages, hyperlinks, tools, and services provided thereunder (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is governed by the following terms and conditions (“User Agreement”). This User Agreement shall come into effect upon your each visit or usage of the Website, upon submitting an inquiry, or upon providing any information through the Website.

In this User Agreement, you are contracting with JMT India Inc, an established manufacturing enterprise with facilities and registered premises located at Plot No. I/170, Road No. I/8, GIDC, Sachin, Surat, Gujarat 394230, India, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” which expression unless the context otherwise requires shall mean and include its successors, liquidators, and permitted assigns.

For the purpose of this User Agreement, “User,” “Visitor,” or “You” shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Website or communicates with the Company through any electronic form. The terms “You” or “Your” shall include your legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns.

Technical Specifications & Commercial Inquiries

While JMT India Inc strives to ensure that all technical specifications, casting grades, dimensional capabilities, and manufacturing details displayed on the Website are accurate and up-to-date, clerical or typographical errors may occasionally occur.

All metallurgical grades (including Ductile Iron / SG Iron, Grey Cast Iron, and special alloys), test parameters, and delivery timelines are subject to formal technical review, engineering drawing validation, and written agreement through formal purchase orders or contractual agreements.

The Company reserves the right to decline or re-evaluate any inquiry or quotation request where drawing specifications, material requirements, or operating terms require technical clarification or modification.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, code, product photos, facility imagery, logos, trademarks, and documentation published on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of JMT India Inc or are used under appropriate permission.

No material from this Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the express prior written consent of JMT India Inc.
